Overview
- Created to assist in development of commercial and industrial properties within the City of Grand Haven. Part of their role includes the management of a revolving loan fund, which may be used to provide “gap” financing for businesses within the city.
- Charged to actively pursue the redevelopment of environmentally contaminated properties within the City of Grand Haven.

Member Qualifications
Not more than three (3) members of the Board of Directors shall be an officer or employee of the municipality. The chief executive officer and any member of the governing body of the municipality may serve on the Board of Directors.
