Member Qualifications
Appointees must have the qualifications for holding elective City office as set forth in Sec. 4.2 of the City Charter: (1) over 21 years of age; (2) registered elector of the City; (3) a resident of the City for at least 6 months preceding appointment. Appointees must be owners of property assessed for taxation in the City and may not hold other City offices or City employment.
