The City of Grand Haven Zoning Board of Appeals has scheduled a Public Hearing to gather citizen input on the following request:

1. Case 21-07: A request by Dennis Dryer of Dryer Architectural Group on behalf of property owner David Kratt for one variance related to a mudroom/garage addition and a new second story landing at 503 Fulton Ave (parcel #70-03-21-307-002): a variance from Sec. 40-410.02.C to allow for a lot coverage of 38.9 percent (currently 30.4 percent) where 35 percent is the district maximum.

The Public Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, July 21, 2021 at 7:00 pm in the City of Grand Haven Council Chambers, 519 Washington Avenue, Grand Haven, MI 49417. The meeting packet will be posted on the City website by Friday prior to the hearing https://www.grandhaven.org/city-services/agendas/. Individuals may express their opinions in person at the public hearing, or written comments may be addressed to Jennifer Howland, Grand Haven Zoning Board of Appeals, 519 Washington Avenue, Grand Haven, MI 49417. Emailed comments may be sent to Jennifer Howland. To be considered at the public hearing, written and emailed comments must be received by 12:00PM, Wednesday, July 21, 2021.
