The City of Grand Haven Zoning Board of Appeals has scheduled a Public Hearing to gather citizen input on the following request:
1. Case 21-09: A request by 815 Verhoeks LLC for one variance related to a proposed building at 815 Verhoeks Street (parcel #70-03-28-112-002): a variance from Sec. 40-419.02.2 to allow for the building to be located one (1) foot from the rear property line where a minimum 10-foot setback is required.
The Public Hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, December 15, 2021 at 7:00 pm in the City of Grand Haven Council Chambers, 519 Washington Avenue, Grand Haven, MI 49417. The meeting packet will be posted on the City website by Friday prior to the hearing https://www.grandhaven.org/city-services/agendas/. Individuals may express their opinions in person at the public hearing, or written comments may be addressed to Jennifer Howland, Grand Haven Zoning Board of Appeals, 519 Washington Avenue, Grand Haven, MI 49417. Emailed comments may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. To be considered at the public hearing, written and emailed comments must be received by 12:00PM, Wednesday, December 15, 2021.
