UPDATED NOTICE OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF THE GRAND HAVEN CITY COUNCIL
This meeting will be held at Monday, March 14, 2022 at 5:30 p.m. in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 519 Washington Ave., Grand Haven, MI
The updated purpose of this meeting is:
• Consideration by City Council of a resolution to tentatively award the contract for construction of the proposed water system improvements project for the Citywide Booker Lead Service Line Replacement Project to Wadel Stabilization of Hart, Michigan in the amount of $2,621,697.00 and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the necessary documents.
• Consideration by City Council to approve the bond resolution for the State of Michigan’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund, Booker Lead Service Line program and authorize the Mayor and Clerk to sign the necessary documents.
• Consideration by City Council of a resolution to meet in closed session permitted under the Open Meetings Act, Section 8 (c), strategy and negotiation sessions connected with the negotiation of a collective bargaining agreement.
