The Grand Haven City Council has scheduled a Public Hearing to gather citizen input on the following request:
1. Case 21-51: An application for an amendment to the approved Planned Development for Grand Plaza located at 1021 Jackson Avenue (parcel #70-03-21-199-021). The proposed amendment is to redesign the plans to avoid State-regulated wetlands and to reduce the scope of development to one phase and one land use (medical marihuana provisioning center).
The Public Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 7:30 pm in the City of Grand Haven Council Chambers, 519 Washington Avenue, Grand Haven, MI 49417. If you have any questions regarding this notice, please contact the Community Development Department at 616-935-3276.
Individuals may express their opinions in person at the public hearing, or written comments may be addressed to Jennifer Howland, Community Development Manager, 519 Washington Avenue, Grand Haven, MI 49417. Emailed comments may be sent to email@example.com. To be considered at the public hearing, written and emailed comments must be received by 12:00PM, Tuesday, January 18, 2022.
