Planning Commission *Public Hearings*

The City of Grand Haven Planning Commission has scheduled Public Hearings to gather citizen input on the following requests:

  1. Case 24-05: Special land use request for short term rental at 46 Edward St. (parcel #70-03-29-156-047) 
  1. Case 24-06: Special land use request for short term rental at 418 Jackson Ave. (parcel #70-03-21-301-006) 
  1. Case 24-07: Special land use request for two-family dwelling at 309 Jackson Ave. (parcel #70-03-20-282-003) 
  1. Case 24-08: Special land use request for short term rental at 309 Jackson Ave. (parcel #70-03-20-282-003) 
  1. Case 24-09: Special land use request for a tattoo parlor at 612 Miller Dr. (parcel #70-03-21-161-036) 
  1. Case 24-10: Special land use request for a major automobile repair facility at 1815 S. Beacon Blvd. (parcel #70-03-33-100-056) 

The Public Hearings are scheduled for March 12, 2024 at 7:00 pm at the Grand Haven Council Chambers, 519 Washington Avenue, Grand Haven, MI  49417. If you have any questions regarding this notice, or if you would like to review the applications, please contact the Planning Department at 616-935-3276.

Individuals may express their opinions in person at the public hearings, or written comments may be addressed to Grand Haven Planning Commission, c/o Brian Urquhart, 519 Washington Avenue, Grand Haven, MI 49417. To be considered at the public hearing, written and emailed comments must be received by 12:00PM, Tuesday, March 12, 2024.
