Planning Commission *PUBLIC HEARING*
December 13 @ 7:00 pm - 9:00 pm
The City of Grand Haven Planning Commission has scheduled Public Hearings to gather citizen input on the following requests:
1. Case 22-35: A special land use permit for an adult-use marihuana retail facility at 1830 172nd Ave. Suite F (parcel #70-03-33-201-004).
2. Case 22-39: A special land use permit for a retaining wall over 48 inches at 34 and 36 Edward Ave. (parcel #70-03-29-156-046 & parcel #70-03-29-156-045).
3. Case 22-40: A special land use permit for a retaining wall over 48 inches at 64 Poplar Ridge (parcel #70-03-29-324-002).
The Public Hearings are scheduled for December 13, 2022 at 7:00 pm at the Grand Haven Council Chambers, 519 Washington Avenue, Grand Haven, MI 49417. If you have any questions regarding this notice, or if you would like to review the applications, please contact the Planning Department at 616-935-3276.
Individuals may express their opinions in person at the public hearings, or written comments may be addressed to Grand Haven Planning Commission, c/o Brian Urquhart, 519 Washington Avenue, Grand Haven, MI 49417. Emailed comments may be sent to Brian Urquhart. To be considered at the public hearing, written and emailed comments must be received by 12:00PM, Tuesday, December 13, 2022.
