March Sunday Concert Series – Neil Jacobs

Join our friends at Loutit Library for their Sunday Concert Series! All ages are welcome and registration is encouraged but not required. Concerts are located in Program Room A on the lower level of Loutit District Library.

Neil Jacobs is truly a masterful performer on the 12-string acoustic guitar with his own captivating style of playing that the St. Louis Riverfront Times describes as “mesmerizing” and Guitar Player Magazine describes as, “Leo Kottke, Al Dimeola, & Phil Keaggy blended together”. Neil performs a diverse array of music including Gypsy, Celtic, Balkan Folk, and captivating Classical arrangements, while transforming his 12-string acoustic guitar into his own personal orchestra. Minor Seventh Magazine calls it “World music in the best sense of the genre”. Neil draws inspiration from his world travels and experiences, and shares his fascinating stories and dry humor with his audience.
