Parade: The Green Parade will go from the County Parking lot at 4th/Washington, west on Washington to Harbor north to Columbus, east on Columbus to Central Park Place. The parade will begin at 12:30. Fair: The fair will be from 1:00pm-4:00pm in Central Park Place.
