City Council Special Meeting

The Grand Haven City Council will hold a special meeting on Monday, February 7, 2022, at 7:00 pm in the City Council Chambers of City Hall, 519 Washington Ave., Grand Haven, MI 49417. This meeting is called for the following purpose:
- To receive a briefing from attorney Tom Forshee of Dickinson-Wright on the evolving legal landscape and litigation risks of permitting recreational marijuana sales in Michigan.
- To receive an overview of OMA and FOIA, presented by Tom Forshee of Dickinson-Wright and/or the City Clerk.
