2024 Street Resurfacing

The City of Grand Haven resurfaces some City streets in the spring each year. The project is split between local and major roadways. In 2024, resurfacing included a portion of Escanaba Park.

In 2024, the City resurfaced the following roadways:

• Lafayette Street, from Harbor Drive to 5th Street
• Sheldon Road, from Robbins Road to Taylor Avenue
• Washington Avenue, from Albee Street to Hopkins Street
• Harbor Drive, from Columbus Avenue to 2nd Street
• Escanaba Park pathway
• Cemetery (various locations)

Currently, the City is preparing to resurface streets and the non-motorized pathway on Beechtree, south of Robbins Road, in the spring of 2025.
