What We Do

NHS is committed to providing high quality housing services that prepare new home buyers and existing home owners to successfully maintain homeownership. NHS provides HUD approved housing education and counseling services for Ottawa and Muskegon county residents such as pre-purchase home buyer, mortgage default, and renter eductation. There are also home repair grants and loans for existing home owners within the City and in some surrounding areas.
