The Northwest Ottawa Water Treatment Plant is operated and managed by the City of Grand Haven. Your community water filtration plant delivers safe, reliable and consistent drinking water to over 45,000 customers. The communities in which we proudly serve are Grand Haven Township, Spring Lake Township and Crockery Township, the City of Ferrysburg, the Village of Spring Lake, and the City of Grand Haven, which make up the Northwest Ottawa Water System (NOWS).
