Planning Commission *SPECIAL MEETING*

Notice and agenda of a special Planning Commission Meeting at 7:00 p.m. to be held virtually. Planning Commissioners unable to participate in the meeting are requested to contact the Community Development Department at 616-935-3276 prior to the meeting.

1. Roll Call: Collin Beighley, Ryan Galligan, Robert Grimes, Kevin McLaughlin, Tamera Owens, Kirsten Runschke, David Skelly, Michael Westbrook, Chair Bill Ellingboe

2. Call to the Audience – first opportunity
At this time, members of the audience may address the Planning Commission on any item, whether on the agenda or not. Those addressing the Planning Commission are asked to provide their name and address and will be limited to three minutes of speaking time. The Planning Commission will hear all comments for future consideration but will not have a response at this time. Either type in your comment on Facebook or call (616) 843-7528. 3. Proposed Zoning Ordinance Update: The City Council remanded the draft zoning ordinance update back to the Planning Commission for further discussion of a few items including proposed changes to residential density in some districts and treatment of nonconforming uses.
