The City of Grand Haven Planning Commission has scheduled a Public Hearing to gather citizen input on the following requests:
1. Case 21-23: An application for a Special Land Use Permit for proposed accessory uses (training center and membership-based food center) to the existing Sheltered Housing Facility located at 1615 South DeSpelder Street (parcel #70-03-28-376-010).
2. Case 21-24: An application to rezone 310 Fulton Avenue from CB, Central Business District to OT, Old Town District (parcel #70-03-20-430-002).
The Public Hearing is scheduled for Tuesday, June 8, 2021 at 7:00 pm at the Grand Haven Community Center, 421 Columbus Avenue, Grand Haven, MI 49417. The meeting packet will be posted on the City website by Friday prior to the hearing https://www.grandhaven.org/city-services/agendas/. Individuals may express their opinions in person at the public hearing, or written comments may be addressed to Jennifer Howland, Grand Haven Planning Commission, 519 Washington Avenue, Grand Haven, MI 49417. Emailed comments may be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. To be considered at the public hearing, written and emailed comments must be received by 12:00PM, Tuesday, June 8, 2021.
