Please take notice that a special joint meeting of the Grand Haven City Council and the Grand Haven Board of Light & Power has been scheduled for January 20, 2022, at 5:15 p.m., to be held in the City Council Chamber of the Grand Haven City Hall, 519 Washington Ave, Grand Haven MI 49417.
The purpose of the special meeting includes the following items:
• General working relationship between City Council and BLP
• Path forward/holistic approach for remediation of Harbor Island
• Concerns about remediation funding
• Future possibilities for the Diesel Plant
• Boilers for snow melt
• The need to consolidate legal services through the City Attorney
