INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES EXEMPTION CERTIFICATE
GLASSOURCE, LLC

TAKE NOTICE, that the City Council of the City of Grand Haven, Ottawa County, Michigan, will hold a public hearing on August 15, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. in City Hall at 519 Washington Ave., Grand Haven, Michigan, to consider a request from Glassource, LLC, that part of its property at 295 N Beechtree St., Grand Haven, Michigan which is designated as an Industrial Development District under the provisions of Act 198 of the Michigan Public Acts of 1974, have issued to it an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate pursuant to said Act. An application has been filed with the City of Grand Haven for the benefits available pursuant to said Act, and a copy of the application may be reviewed at the offices of the City of Grand Haven, during business hours, at any time prior to the hearing as above specified.

Act 198 of 1974, pursuant to which this notice is given, provides that the Assessor of the City of Grand Haven, the applicant, and a representative of any affected taxing unit with respect to said application, shall have an opportunity for a hearing before the City Council of the City of Grand Haven prior to the City Council acting on such application.
