City Council Meeting *PUBLIC HEARINGS*

The Grand Haven City Council will hold a Public Hearing at 7:30pm at their regular meeting scheduled on Monday, April 10, 2023, to accept public comment on a commercial rehabilitation exemption certificate for the following property:
1434 Colfax Ave. (parcel #70-03-28-233-022). Legal description: LOTS 33, 34 & N 1/2 OF VAC ALLEY ADJ TO S. OTTOS SUB CITY RESOLUTION TO VACATE 11-205 2011-0029778

The City of Grand Haven City Council has scheduled a Public Hearing to gather citizen input on the following request:
1. A public hearing to consider vacating a portion of Sherman Street right-of-way, Harbor Drive right-of-way, and Sand Piper Drive right-of-way from Sherman Street to Harbor Drive, as part of the former diesel plant redevelopment project at 518 S. Harbor Drive.
The Public Hearing is scheduled for Monday, April 10, 2023 at 7:30 pm in the City of Grand Haven Council Chambers, 519 Washington Avenue, Grand Haven, MI 49417. If you have any questions regarding this notice, please contact the Planning Department at 616-935-3276.
