MSHDA Home Buyer Grant
A housing partnership between the City of Grand Haven and Michigan State Housing Development Authority provides an opportunity to preserve quality affordable homes in need of minor repairs. The grant combines down payment assistance and resources for moderate home rehabilitation.
Homeowner Rehabilitation Grant
A cost sharing grant to provide existing homeowner's with resources to complete home repairs; such as, roof repair, window replacement, electrical, plumbing or heating upgrades.
