12. PUBLIC HEARING

 

A. The Mayor opens the public hearing to hear comment concerning the vacation of the alley running east and west from Albee Street to Griffin Street, parallel to and between Washington Avenue and Franklin Avenue.

 

B. The Mayor closes the public hearing.

 

C. Consideration by City Council of a final resolution to approve the vacation of the alley running east and west from Albee Street to Griffin Street, parallel to and between Washington Avenue and Franklin Avenue.

D. The Mayor opens the public hearing to hear comments concerning the amended preliminary plan for the Grand Landing Project

13. NEW BUSINESS

 

A. Consideration by City Council of a resolution approving the Amendment to the Right-of-Way Agreement with Ottawa County for a change in the fiber optic line placement at the corner of 414 Washington and 15 N. Sixth Street per Exhibit B, and authorizing the Mayor and City Clerk to execute this Amendment.

B. Consideration by City Council of a resolution to address the regulation of short term/seasonal rental properties.
